I build the business systems Iraq runs on

Point of sale, inventory, accounting, delivery, online stores and mobile apps. Built from zero for your business instead of a translated template, and running today for customers who pay a subscription every month.

01

Diagnosing the problem

My first question is never what you want built. It is what hurts every single day. Most systems get built around what an owner wishes for, not around what is actually costing them money.

02

Designing the system

The pain gets taken apart into steps, roles, permissions, rules and numbers you can actually read. This is where it is decided whether the system serves the business or becomes one more thing the business has to carry.

03

Delivery and go live

Not a deck and not a prototype. A system an employee opens at nine in the morning and works inside all day, with customers paying a real subscription every month.

Systems I built that are running today

Each one built from the ground up: the database, the permissions, the interface and the reporting.

What got built, in numbers

309tables in the OWL ERP database
1560functions running inside it
381access policies guarding the rows
38field agents in one team I trained and led
3governorates opened: Babil, Mosul, Kirkuk

Database figures read straight from it on 12 October 2026. The rest from the work record.

Three real problems, and how they were solved

Three real problems that came out of the Iraqi market, not out of a textbook. This is the difference between a system that works and a system that demos well.

The problem The scanner sends Latin characters, and a Windows keyboard set to Arabic garbles them. The product is not found, and the queue stops at the till.
The fix Matching falls back through three tiers: exact, then suffix, then digits only. Digits always survive the garbling. The digits tier fires on one condition, that it matches exactly one product, so the wrong item never gets sold.
The problem The courier collects the cash from the customer and settles with the shop a week later. So who owes the shop?
The fix The courier first, and the customer only when there is no courier. Reversed, it posts a debt against someone who already paid in full, and that is a mistake you find a month later, not the same day.
The problem The owner wants to hide profit reports from one employee, without changing their role or inventing a new role for one person.
The fix A per-person exception that outranks the role and can either grant or revoke. The role stays exactly as it is for everyone else on it, and the one employee changes alone.

Where I worked, and what I fixed

Founder and Systems Lead, OWL Platform

Built ERP, logistics and e-commerce systems from zero and shipped them to paying customers. Also designed and built systems of their own for clients: an events platform by acceptance, family health cover contracts and a holding group site.

Head of Operations and Growth, Hosh Living

Leading a ten person inbound, outbound and sales team, and redesigning the workflows and the reporting behind them.

Driver Marketing, Sales, Team Lead, Baly

Automated the lead lifecycle with spreadsheets and SQL, ran the dashboards behind daily decisions, supported expansion into three governorates, and led a team that reached 38 agents.

Marketing and field operations

Digital marketing and campaign management, field team leadership and client coordination.

BBA in Business Administration, Ashur University

Arabic native, English professional working proficiency.

What happens after you message

The first conversation is a diagnosis, not a pitch. If a system is not the answer, I will say so.

Describe the problem in two lines

You do not need a written spec or a set budget. It is enough to say what is slowing you down.

We talk and locate the pain

A short call or a written exchange. I ask what it costs you today, and where the time and money actually leak.

You get the scope in writing

What will be built, in what order, and what will not be built. So the boundaries are known before anything begins.

Describe the problem in two lines

If I can solve it I will tell you how. If I cannot, I will tell you who can.
